We may disclose personal information to NZFSG and related bodies corporate, product providers, prospective lenders, referral partners, contractors, service providers, investors, regulators, government agencies, auditors, and anyone authorised by you or the Privacy Act.

10. Overseas disclosure and cloud storage

We may use cloud storage and IT servers located outside New Zealand. We may also disclose personal information to NZFSG related bodies corporate and overseas third-party suppliers or service providers for the purposes described in the policy.

You are not required to provide personal information, but choosing not to may affect our ability to provide services or your ability to obtain finance, insurance, or other products.
